1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using cvlyom ("the Service", hosted at cvlyom.online), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

cvlyom provides three service tiers:

• Free Tier ($0): Allows 1 resume with full editing and vector PDF export capabilities.
• Plus Tier ($4.99/month or $39/year): Allows creation and management of up to 3 active resumes with unlimited PDF downloads and all premium templates.
• Full Tier ($9.99/month or $79/year): Provides unlimited resume creation, unlimited downloads, priority rendering, and all current and future models.

Payments are processed securely via our billing partner, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date in your account settings.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate false, fraudulent, or unlawful documents.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform resource limits or security measures.
• Interfere with the normal operation of our rendering engines or databases.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership and copyright rights to the personal content and text you input into your resumes. cvlyom retains all rights to the platform design, templates, source code, and branding.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

cvlyom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using our resume templates guarantees job offers, interviews, or employment outcomes. In no event shall cvlyom be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice to active subscribers.
