You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase under the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: You encountered a PDF rendering failure, export error, or template bug that our support team could not resolve for you.
- Accidental Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same upgrade due to a network glitch.
- General Dissatisfaction: The platform features did not meet your expectations, provided the request is made within 14 days of the initial transaction.
